How We Do It
Pre-Loss Inventory
Pre-Loss Contents Inventory of your Personal Property prior to a loss or call us to reconstruct the list for you. We can provide replacement cost pricing and values upon request. We use Electronic barcoding and photo inventory software for efficiency and accuracy.
Inventory and assessment
This report shows detailed list and assessment of inventory in damaged area and residence or facility. For Contents Total Loss Reports, we show an outside source for the estimated replacement value of every item inventoried. All items deemed as non-restorable will be added to this list.
Packing and moving
Proper restoration of many items demands immediate action. The main cause of loss for majority of belongings/contents is secondary damage. Moisture, mildew, corrosion, or odors destroy contents after the initial property damage occurs. Specialized contents restoration process includes: arrival and survey, documentation of the loss, stabilization and immediate mitigation of secondary damage. Pack out, transport and then the actual restoration and cleaning process occurs. Contents are then stored at our facility until MOVE back is ready to be scheduled.
Restoration Cleaning Process
All items are categorized for a variety of our restoration procedures to ensure the best results. Some processes include: Patented wash system, de-ionized electronics cleaning, deodorizing room or hand wash and hand restore techniques. We use ecologically safe technology and provide efficient, accurate and reliable care for each item. Our drying procedures vary depending on make up of each item and need. Complete inspection of each item is performed upon completion.
Move-back
We coordinate a delivery date with the completion of your home or company building repair or rebuild management team.
